Territory E-commerce Manager



Territory eCommerce Manager is responsible to grow country/territory digital business, is a key stakeholder of company’s digital transformation and customer centric focus.
As a part of sales and marketing team, he/she will work closely with MDM, each country’s eCommerce Manager, Product manager, Marketing manager and relevant stakeholders to plan and ensure the correct product portfolio is available at the right time and will co-share all the results and responsibilities of digital business performance KPIs with local team (REVENUE & UNITS, ROI, DIGITAL KEY METRICS and INSIGHTS).
This position will also co-work with marketing and local team to create effective marketing campaigns that generates sales result that meet KPI targets. He/she will also align with Territory Marketing Manager to successfully integrate eCommerce in all regional product launches.
He/She will lead and manage projects that will enable company’s eCommerce to grow. This role will be accountable for acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of local team, HQ & third-party vendors to deliver projects according to territory’s plan.
He/she is also responsible for technologies and services that enable company’s eCommerce to operate at optimal level; such as Magento, CRM, Online Merge Offline (OMO) and others.


You are an ideal candidate if you have College or University degree, at least 2 years’ of experience in a similar role, knowledge of strategies for increasing sales, knowledge of data analysis, website management and eCommerce usability, have fluent English knowledge, strong analytical skills, good communication skills, pro-active mindset.

  • Developing and designing OMO and email/repeat customer campaigns
  • Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis
