On behalf of our pharmaceutical partner, we are looking for a

OTC Product Manager

This position has responsibilities to create and implement the marketing strategy of each Product, definition of marketing plans to reach to sales goals of the Product and support, plan and implement Product launches in collaboration with other departments.  Has a strong responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of the pharmaceutical industry, the best industry practices and ethical rules applicable for the promotion of medicines and other pharmaceutical products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Proposes long-term Marketing strategy for selected brands in line with company targets and ensures development of said brands in Hungary,
  • Owns the long-range vision and plans for the brand,
  • Collects and analyses consumer needs, habits and attitudes and incorporates these into brand strategy and brand plans,
  • Identifies key market trends and competitor strategies to recommend best course of action for the Company brands,
  • Understands the Company’s strategic priorities and financial goals,
  • Ensures brand portfolio’ financials, including Net Sales and EBITDA,
  • Prepares yearly Marketing plan in line with International guidelines and local Sales plans,
  • Translates brand priorities into ATL/BTL marketing plans,
  • Monitoring the pharmaceutical market and identify the need of a new product from the portfolio of the Company,
  • Creating, implementing and follow up the launch plans for new products,
  • Executes all brand related Marketing activities based on the yearly Marketing Plan,
  • Drives all elements of the marketing mix: product portfolio development, pricing strategy, advertising & promotions and sales channels,
  • Develops the commercial plan for all new launches,
  • Together with Trade Marketing and Sales ensures Pharmacy visibility and sets up distribution targets for selected brands,
  • Develops relevant communication to not only consumers, but also other key stakeholders (Pharmacists, Doctors, Trade partners),
  • Provides and delivers, inspiring and engaging content for all sales briefings and customer presentations together with Trade Marketing Manager.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

  • Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
  • Knowledge of English
  • University or college degree (preferably in economics)
