If you have…

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Certification of German C-1 level
  • Active use of German language
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Knowledge of IoT technology / ablitiy to learn
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Work experience in the field (5+ yrs)
  • University/college degree
