Marketing Manager position is open at our prestigious client operating in the FMCG market, the office is located in Budapest. This role is crucial to strengthen the company’s market presence and to raise brand awareness.
The Marketing Manager will participate in creation and adaptation of the retail marketing strategy, defining short-term and long-term commercial goals and annual brand activity plan.
As part of the main liabilities the Marketing Manager will supervise the concept development of the assigned brands, carry out market/competitor analysis and consumer research in order to understand consumer needs and habits, besides developing strong relationship with brand owners and retail partners in order to develop sales channels. The winning candidate will evaluate brand performance and find the right marketing approach to reach the business goals, coordinate own projects and handle related administrative tasks.
You are an ideal candidate if you have 3-5 years of experience in Retail Marketing Manager/Trade Marketing Manager/Category Manager position in FMCG sector, fluent English knowledge besides native Hungarian, University/College degree preferably in Marketing, strong planning and analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, proactive attitude and excellent negotiation, communication skills.
