Feladatok:-Strategic planning and coordination of Loyalty program and CRM activities
-Close cooperation with the Hungarian and the International Marketing Department Manager
-Strong collaboration with external clients
-Constant controlling of the implementation of the loyalty marketing strategy
-Development of loyalty communication plan and ensuring realization
-Planning and delivering CRM strategies
-Regular reporting of loyalty related business performance indicators
-Liaison with other departmental managers in the local organization in order to understand current needs and ensure proper information on Loyalty activities and results
-Budget planning and controlling of loyalty, research, CSR and PR
Elvárások:- 2-3 years relevant proven track record
- Active and fluent business English knowledge
- Confident IT skills with a special focus on reporting systems
- Flexibility, assertiveness, self-activity and reliability
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills
