Loyalty Marketing Specialist


- Strategic planning and coordination of Loyalty program and CRM activities
- Close cooperation with the Hungarian and the International Marketing Department Manager
- Strong collaboration with external clients
- Constant controlling of the implementation of the loyalty marketing strategy
- Development of loyalty communication plan and ensuring realization
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies
- Regular reporting of loyalty related business performance indicators
- Liaison with other departmental managers in the local organization in order to understand current needs and ensure proper information on Loyalty activities and results
- Budget planning and controlling of loyalty, research, CSR and PR


- 2-3 years relevant proven track record
- Active and fluent business English knowledge
- Confident IT skills with a special focus on reporting systems
- Flexibility, assertiveness, self-activity and reliability
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills
