For strengthening our business activity, we are searching for candidates for the position of
Lens Expert - Product Specialist at HOYA Partner Business, EMEA
Your duties will be:
- Making organised clinical visits to optical retail stores
- Developing and delivering practical and theoretical in-store training programs to retail customers
- Developing and delivering practical and theoretical training programs to sales teams of Business Partners
- Working closely with Business Partners in training sales/marketing/product teams
- Attending conferences and trade shows and deliver presentations as requested by Head Office and/or Business Partners
- Maintaining and developing clinical knowledge
- Developing and maintaining relationships with a network of KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) across the region
- Promoting Hoya, Seiko, Pentax products
The ideal candidate has:
- Optometrist degree is a must!
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in multinational and multicultural working environment
- Proven track record of presentation skills (in front of large audience)
- 3-5 year experience in the spectacle lens industry (preferably in optical stores/eye clinics)
- Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA
- Time and territory management skills
- Fluent English and Russian is a must
