- Manage the P&L (sales revenue and costs) for local market
- Lead forecasting accurate pipelines and inventory management
- Lead account management and joint business planning
- Strategize and execute on future go-to-market plans
- Identify new business opportunities outside traditional retail placement and build roll out plan
- Ensure partner relationship is strengthened
- Ensure joint plans are adapted
- Analyze business based on success metrics, and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Develop a merchandising and marketing calendar
- Ensure proper merchandising is being executed throughout all partner doors
- Partner with marketing team to develop and execute locally relevant content
- Produce weekly and monthly activity reports
