• Manage the P&L (sales revenue and costs) for local market
  • Lead forecasting accurate pipelines and inventory management
  • Lead account management and joint business planning
  • Strategize and execute on future go-to-market plans
  • Identify new business opportunities outside traditional retail placement and build roll out plan
  • Ensure partner relationship is strengthened
  • Ensure joint plans are adapted
  • Analyze business based on success metrics, and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Develop a merchandising and marketing calendar
  • Ensure proper merchandising is being executed throughout all partner doors
  • Partner with marketing team to develop and execute locally relevant content
  • Produce weekly and monthly activity reports
  • Senior sales account management experience (at least 4-5 years' experience)
  • Great business relationship with major consumer electronics retailers and/or retailers of sports equipment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
  • Flawless execution on go-to-market strategies, business planning and forecasting
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions
  • Ability to prioritize work and strong sense of accountability for projects and goals
  • College degree preferred
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Ability to travel, must have a valid driver’s license
