Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective global, local marketing and product plans in line with marketing and sales strategy.
  • Develop, implement and adapt the tactical plan in line with corporate strategic product objectives.
  • Communicate effectively within the organization to ensure the motivation and alignment of sales force and other key stakeholders as well as the achievement of product objectives.
  • Be recognized as the Product Champion by developing and continuously updating knowledge and therapy, product and market.
  • Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Provide input on commercial plans and activity supporting marketing and sales strategy.
  • Anticipate future trends in health management and market environment which are likely to affect the performance and potential of the product.
  • Propose accurate Market Share/Market Share Growth grids for individual products.
  • Integration of medical/health-economical/regulatory input into product plans. Be aware of regulatory constraints and changes, and refine / adjust plans accordingly.

Minimum requirements

  • College/University degree in Economics or Business Administration, preferably with specialization in Marketing
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Native Hungarian
  • Min. 1 year of brand management experience as Assistant Brand Manager or Junior Brand Manager, acquired preferably at an FMCG and/or Pharma company in OTC
