The jobholder will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure the profit growth and budget realization
  • Formulating the yearly Business Plan including forecasting, pricing, budgeting, A&P control, media management, promotional activities, new launches, etc.
  • Analyzing market and implementing respective marketing activities
  • Planning and overseeing the organization's advertising and promotion activities
  • Working closely with sales team to build ‘operational excellence’
  • Planning and ensuring the implementation of the effective merchandising / trade promotions per product line

Candidates should posses the following qualifications:

  • BSc or MSc in Marketing or other business related discipline
  • 2-3 years proven experience in Marketing in the FMCG sector
  • Team player – self-motivated, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking capabilities
  • Strict attention to details, accuracy, analytics and deadline-driven
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • SAP experience is a plus
