We are looking for
Jr. Marketing Controller and FP&A
role in our Budapest office.
Responsibilities:
Support Senior Marketing Controller and FP&A in the below task:
- Full marketing spends controlling of Hungary&Adriatics cluster from the Budapest head office (travelling is not required)
- Strong role in the yearly planning cycles (planning of next year as well as the quarterly plan updates)
- Cooperate with Regional FP&A team, share and seek good practices, delivery ad hoc requests
- Collaborates with other departments by providing financial information
- Deliver monthly reporting pack and ad-hoc analysis
- Focus on business partnering, with the right level of constructive challenge
- Tackle ad-hoc finance projects, including reporting automation, benchmarking and analyses
Requirements:
- University or College degree in the field of Finance or Controlling
- 1-2 years of experience on the field of controlling
- Fluent knowledge of English, both written and oral
- Strong Excel knowledge and proven analytical skills
- ERP system knowledge is an asset
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Fast learner
- Curious to understand the business, not just the numbers
