General description
  • The Solution Designer designs the overall IT solution based on the technical requirements and transforms the overall IT solution into application requirements. - His goal is to optimize the overall solution according to the criteria of total costs, coverage of the technical requirements and required implementation time.
  • The Solution Designer has the implementation responsibility for all activities in the context of the creation of the Demand Specification and the Solution Specification.

Accountabilities
  • Creation of the Demand Specification and the Solution Specification for Requirements for the Application ICU (Identity for Customer Users))
  • The application ICU provides a central identity and account management platform for the customer user data of major customers of T-Systems. Identity-creating master data on persons and customer assignments (clients) are automatically uploaded to the ICU by the respective customer source systems or recorded via online registration and registration processes directly in the ICU by the authorized customer representative.
  • Together with the existing identity and master data, user accounts are formed from this and provisioned as accounts and role assignments to target systems. ICU forms i.e. the database for authentication services on the B2B portal "MyWorkplace" and is used in "Order2Cash" and "Open Telekom Cloud".
