As a member of the Product Management team your main responsibility will be to develope and maintain the influencer relations strategy, create and maintain the Influencer’s merchandise e-shop and a program in the context of company goals and the integrated marketing campaigns.

Your other responsibilities will be:

- Develop strong knowledge of the market industry and influencers within to be able to identify and target appropriate influencers
- Searching for suitable influencers and have a strong ability to align influencer focus with target campaign
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns and set up of the campaigns
- Helping the influencer to create the posts, stories with on a revenue generation
- Educate internal stakeholders on the new opportunity and concept of working with influencers; providing bridge / coordination point between influencer, stake holders, sponsors, merchandise suppliers
- Create and maintain the influencers’ merchandise e-shop
- Set appropriate KPIs and analyse results to ensure on-going success; track, report, and share learnings with relevant stakeholders
- Share knowledge of the space with the broader communications function to enhance the team’s understanding of and success with influencers

- Possess positive relationships with multiple influencers
- Ability to build relationships and make social connections with a variety of target influencers
- Executive presence to influence internal stakeholders at all levels
- Working knowledge of communications and social media functions
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field; background in communications, alliance marketing, business development, issues management or similar career
- E-commerce experience
- 3+ years of experience in a social media agency or PR environment is preferred
- Fluent English is a must
- Team player, easy going person with a sense of humour
