  • Define segment strategies, business plans and product road maps for the next 3 years
  • Align strategies, business plans and road maps with all stake holders
  • Execute product road maps with R&D, Design Center and Operations and launch
  • Support countries on winning large tenders and projects, coordinate with R&D, Design Center and Operations
  • Define segment product cost reduction plans and performance upgrades
  • Understand the macroeconomic, demographic and technology trends impacting business and determine market size, market share and growth potential
  • Identify product portfolio dynamics, product/offering gaps and for the assigned product portfolio
  • Value pricing – assess real value to the customer
  • Define and contribute to development of communication programs, marketing campaigns, tools and training programs aimed to drive profitable growth and visibility for internal, external stakeholders


  • BSc or MSc degree in Engineering or Economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in indoor or outdoor lighting product management
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to travel abroad
