Aegon Global Technology (AGT) provides technology infrastructure support as well as business consulting services to the Aegon USA, European enterprise and business partners. The information technology services encompasses regional services, enterprise-wide application services, architecture, product assessment, customer service, internet and messaging, server management, telecommunications, security, data service and more.

Write, edit, and implement communications collateral and serve as the technical authority on all internal marketing, (mass) communications, and branding initiatives

Manage and maintain our corporate Intranet and corporate social platform

Assist in writing all internal communication plans and deliverables to support the introduction of new programs and initiatives

Write and publish a cross-functional and crossdivisional digital magazine

Plan and manage content and strategy for large-scale events

Manages the review and editorial process for employer branding marketing collateral

Support and build surveys in relation to internal customer related content

Support and drive our internal and external social media channels (Yammer and LinkedIn)

Support big events

Elvárások / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree – English, Communications or Journalism

Min. 3 years of experience in communications (preferably internal communication)

Strong communication skills with excellent English writing and editing abilities

Highly Positive attitude, open mindset are a must!

Ability to think and act proactively

Capability of working on your own, but being a collaborative team player at the same time
