GBS & IM&T Change and Communication Manager - Your future position?

    As GBS & IM&T Change and Communication Manager you will be responsible for contributing to and executing the communication and change management strategies for both GBS (Givaudan Business Solutions) and for IM&T (Information Management & Technology). For GBS you will contribute to our global change and communications activities for this growing organisation. For IM&T you will contribute to and execute the communication and change management strategy at the IM&T level and in specific projects.


    Specific for GBS
  • Support GBS Communications and Engagement to develop an integrated change and engagement strategy designed to enable the GBS mission, drivers and behaviors/ONE GBS culture to come to life for our people
  • Under the guidance of GBS Communications and Engagement, support the coordination and execution of global change management and communication initiatives in GBS with a particular focus on IM&T and non-centre based employees

  • Specific for IM&T
  • Contribute to IM&T communication and change management strategy
  • Lead IM&T content generation and distribution, including PowerPoint, blogs and intranet

  • Common activities
  • Developing fresh, creative, and engaging communication materials that encourage bottom-up communication
  • Contribute to key projects; working on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ensuring consistent branding and messaging in support of Givaudan’s vision, mission, strategy and DNA as well as GBS mission, drivers and behaviours
  • Analysing creative change, communication and project solutions, resolving issues and making appropriate recommendations to ensure success
  • Cultivating a network of internal contacts to plan and compose compelling internal communications, in particular for IM&T staff

    Your professional profile includes:
  • Bachelors Degree in Communications or HR preferred
  • Three to five years of professional-level experience in HR, communications, change management or related topics
  • Experience in developing change and communication initiatives, including training development
  • Demonstrated experience with change management concepts & best practices such as Prosci/Adkar
  • Excellent spoken and written English, native speaker preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
