E-COMMERCE MANAGER

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce business from direct-to-consumer through to e-retail programs to drive repeat purchase and business growth. You will be tasked with building strategies for growth and innovation in the e-commerce space to take Teqball to the next level. This position is responsible for all aspects of the E-commerce website including high-level strategy, campaign execution, merchandising, conversion optimization, customer journey, web development, site speed, SEO and more. The ideal candidate is a dynamic marketer with skills across digital marketing platforms, CRM marketing, loyalty marketing, e-comm/web, and analytics.

TASKS

  • Own e-commerce revenue goals and budget
  • Prioritize and manage campaigns and projects based on timeline, resources, and budget
  • Leverage a strong understanding of online merchandising and financial metrics to track selling, identify key trends and maximize opportunities to achieve growth and profitability
  • Be at the forefront at all e-commerce shop and ad developments to make sure the site is staying up to par with technological advancements
  • Manage the e-commerce website including the management of all products, user experience, and marketing promotions
  • Develop content strategies, promotional campaigns, and segmentation utilizing web and marketing analytics to maximize traffic, AOV, and customer retention
  • Use direct-to-consumer offerings as an opportunity to support new product development and drive customer loyalty

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing required OR any combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved is required
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce business practices
  • Experience in leading and managing CRM programs, including database management and customer segmentation exercises is preferred
  • Ability to follow and execute trends in eCommerce and retail
  • A proven track record of driving projects from conception through implementation
  • Must possess strong self-directed initiative with independent judgment and decision-making ability
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
