CRM Process & Training Content Specialist

Our multinational client is looking for a CRM Process & Training Content Specialist colleague who will develop content to train and enable the users of the global CRM platform, Salesforce.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop documentation and communication on CRM process updates, enhancements, new functionality,
  • and best practices
  • Test and approve CRM programming to ensure identified solution operates as intended, without unintended
  • disruptions
  • Work with stakeholders to identify future development needs and engage with them to create effective
  • specifications.
  • Facilitate collaboration between SMEs and CRM IT to discuss gaps and opportunities, and to explore
  • solutions suited for both sales and the organization
  • Provide sales process education and recommendations during CRM discussions


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Minimum 3 years of office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Well organized, flexible, enjoying the administrative challenges
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to priorities work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, proactive and
  • Assertive approach, people oriented
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Decent knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages


Requirements that make you the best candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning and development content creation
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and sales process and best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English a requirement. Proficiency in other languages
  • (Spanish, French, German) is desirable as well.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced experience with document formatting in various platforms, including Google Docs, Google Sheets,
  • Google Slides and other applicable platforms
