The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and editing email communication, launch announcements, training materials, and website content. The candidate must be an independent problem solver with a proven ability to navigate tough deadlines and be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously. This is a high potential and high visibility role with the following responsibilities:

· Understand the opportunities for communication and create a process to enable the Finance Operation CX Program to create the right content (email notifications, website content, training materials, etc.)
· Define quality, create templates, and ensure adherence and adoption.
· Pursue a deep understanding of the Finance Operations teams’ goals and ongoing changes towards creating proactive communication.
· Work closely with the marketing and branding lead towards consistent messaging.
· Participate in a community of content creators and subject matter experts across the organization to share best practices and identify emerging needs.

A successful candidate must be comfortable taking initiative, operating at a global scale understanding cultural and local preferences, and working across teams in an agile environment. Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1950 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Preferred experience:

Experience as copywriter / editor / managing a company website / blog.
Previous program management experience.
Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations.

5+ years in an editorial role with experience in written, audio, visual and marketing content.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated proficiency with content management, production and email management tools.
Must be enthusiastic, with strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
