Our partner is looking for a strong Growth marketing leader to fill the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) position. The CMO will be part of the management team and will actively contribute to the definition of the strategy and ensure strong execution and alignment.

Chief Marketing Officer

Task:

  • Full knowledge of our partner's websites, daily knowledge of information relating to the ongoing projects, and the traffic data
  • Own the complete strategic and operational marketing function, focusing on users acquisition and retention to grow our market penetration
  • Translate company vision and strategy into Brand and Marketing actions ensuring perfect execution and alignment
  • Ensure the marketing budget is efficiently invested optimizing the ROI of the different campaigns
  • Optimize PEAK process (participate in the Gemba walks, be a challenger, remove obstacles, spot opportunities for collaboration and enhance it)
  • Ensure cross-pollination of the team members working on the different teams
  • Lead & develop the marketing team (Hire, inspire & coach the team to be their best and achieve great results together with the rest of the organization)
  • Actively contribute to the overall strategy and growth definition of the company
  • Planning and monitoring the marketing budget, in accordance with the approved corporate strategy
  • Planning and monitoring the PR communication and activities: B2C and B2B
  • Creation of the marketing mix, knowledge of the different channels, planning of integrated campaign
  • Monitoring the competitors.
  • Building up of partner relationships and handling those
  • Cooperation with product development, planning and introduction of communication of new products (pages)

  • +8 years proven work experience in Marketing
  • Deep Growth marketing and Branding domain knowledge
  • High learning agility (you are a fast & keen learner)
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving attitude combined with brilliant communication skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with proven record of success and impact
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team working in a cross functional environment
  • Agile methodology approach
