  • Develop and execute the brands marketing plan in line with the OpCo’s business strategy.
  • Play a leading role in the Integrated Commercial planning, ensure proper execution of entire commercial activities to deliver the business plan’s KPIs.
  • Builds excellent business relations with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure proper execution of the strategy
  • Lead the Integrated Commercial Planning for the respective brand/product categories. Plan the long term brand strategy including all marketing Ps, define KPIs
  • Plan and execute the yearly marketing activity plan and budget, special focus on communication (both offline and online) according to Ehrenberg Bass “How brands grow” principles
  • Responsibility for the brand book
  • Effectively manage the company’s brand portfolio, contribute to the innovation plan, manage NPD projects and tracking of NPD performance, Coordination of product development projects related to existing portfolio
  • Challenge status quo, look for continuous improvement and business development
  • Prepare necessary agreements with local agencies and service providers, ensure effective use of funds, controls spends daily
  • Continuous evaluation of activities with taking both qualitative and quantitative criteria into account. Identify impacts, propose changes, check implementation
  • Intense co-work with Shopper Marketing and Sales teams. Active contribution to customer and shop-floor projects
  • Help the commercial team understand the market trends and its drivers, turn the insights and learnings into action steps
  • Follow up decisions, agreed action plans’ execution

You may be the ideal candidate if you possess the following skills/knowledge:

  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree (preferably in Economics/Marketing)
  • Experienced in FMCG environment
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
  • Strategic level thinking, understanding business needs and able to translate them into brand strategy and daily execution,
  • Strong Project and Change Management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, persuasive, good stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, result-oriented, precise in keeping deadlines, punctual
