On behalf of our multinational partner we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement short and long term strategy for the assigned subcategories / products
  • Build up a new product category to a strategic level
  • Identify business opportunities to ensure sustainable profitable growth
  • Manage the launch of new products based on consumer understanding
  • Implementation of the marketing plan in co-ordination with sales, logistics, finance engineering, factory, purchasing
  • Effective use of budget (plan/execute/control)
  • Monitor market environment (market trends & consumer insights) and prepare necessary steps to react
  • Prepare/ implement and post evaluate promotional and communication strategies/campaigns

Requirements:

  • College or university degree in business/ economics
  • 5+ years of marketing experience from the FMCG sector
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Nielsen is an advantage)
  • Strategic thinking, able to handle complexity and lead projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage business independently
  • Innovative and consumer insight driven thinking
  • Proactive personality with a “can do attitude”
