• Prepare and implement Brand strategy
• Develop, implement and evaluate promotional plans (ATL & BTL)
• Manage the dedicated brands’ budget, monitor the marketing spending, manage invoices
• Manage marketing communication campaigns for the dedicated brands – designing and creating creative materials – working closely with the marketing agency
• Continuously keep contact with the headquarter of the Group to collaborate in the global brand strategy
• Closely monitor competitors' strategies and activities and initiate specific actions
• Analyze market and category trends interpret it and propose actions when needed
• Initiate and organize market research
• Collaborate with the partner classes, prepare reports for monthly sales meetings
• University degree Economics preferably in Marketing
• 5+ years experience in brand marketing within FMCG sector
• Fluency in English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
• Strong project management skills, able to handle complexity and lead projects
• Strategy formulation and implementation skills
• Dynamism, proactive attitude,
• "out of the box" thinking, consumer insight driven thinking
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Nielsen is an advantage)
