Audio-Technica Central Europe Ltd is a multinational distribution company dealing with audio hardware. We are serving more than 20 countries at the moment with our top tier Japanese made headphones, turntables and microphones. Our office is located at the 10th district of Budapest.

Task:

    • Become a vital social hub within the company
    • Develop and execute the brands marketing plan in line with the business strategy
    • Maintain the excellent business relations with current and future partners in order to ensure proper execution of the strategy
    • Plan the long term brand strategy and define KPIs
    • Plan and execute the yearly marketing activity plan and budget
    • Effectively manage the company’s product portfolio, contribute to the innovation plan
    • Prepare necessary agreements with local agencies and service providers
    • Continuous evaluation of activities. Identify impacts, propose changes, check implementation
    • Intense co-work with the Sales Team and the multinational colleagues.
    • Help the sales force to understand the market trends.
    • Be open for travelling 3-5 times a year
    • Follow-up decisions and executed actions

Expectation:

    • Bachelor/Master’s Degree (preferably in Economics/Marketing)
    • At least 2 years of experience in similar role
    • Fluent English and Hungarian
    • Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
    • Proprietary attitude
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, persuasive, good management skills
    • Proactive, result-oriented, precise in keeping deadlines, punctual

    • Driving licence (category B)
