Task:

    We are currently looking for a full-time Brand Manager to join our team in Budapest to ensure the day-to-day marketing operations of Nanushka, continuously planning and developing direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of the brand - this role will be reporting to the Marketing Director.

    As a Brand Manager, you will ensure the day-to-day marketing operations of Nanushka from branding to client relationships across all sales channels (online, retail and wholesale). You’ll be concerned with creating a lasting impression among consumers and improving product sales through innovative branding methods. As a Brand Manager, you’ll also have to monitor market trends and oversee advertising and marketing activities to make sure the right message is delivered at all times. You’ll need to demonstrate both great strategic and operative skills for this role and a great amount of passion for the Nanushka brand and fashion in general.

    What you’ll do

    • Ensure quarterly brand planning including marketing objectives, social campaigns, email calendar planning, and scheduling

    • Manage the marketing calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Director

    • Manage and oversee day-to-day marketing operations

    • Manage all (re)branding material: from concept to sampling

    • Manage all online and printed branding initiatives and materials from concept to production (including planning and budgeting)

    • Project manage in-store events and special campaigns from start to finish

    • Ensure excellent client relationships with vendors, media and wholesale partners etc.

    • Supervise all branding initiatives to ensure brand consistency and assure positive customer experiences across all channels (online, retail, wholesale)

    • Work closely with marketing team to create and execute effective branding strategies aligned with the customer journey, retail initiatives and campaign objectives

    • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices in branding and keep a close eye on any fashion related event both locally and internationally to ensure maximized Nanushka presence

    • Report to the Marketing Director who is overseeing the entire marketing strategy, from plan to execution

Expectation:

    Who you are

    • Bachelor or Master’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing or Luxury Brand Management

    • 2-5 years experience working as a Marketing or Brand Manager as part of a company or agency

    • Hands-on experience with branding and project management

    • You have a passion for both the creative and fashion industry

    • Have a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented and resourceful personality

    • A great team player, who performs well under deadlines and pressure

    • Demonstrate excellent project and time management skills

    • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple tasks, even under pressure

    • Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English. Must also be skilled and B2B communication. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.

    • Have experience working in an international team

    • Willing to relocate to Budapest or based in Budapest
