Nestlé Hungária Kft. is looking for a new colleague for the following position:

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement short and long term strategy for the assigned subcategories / products
  • Manage the assigned portfolio
  • Identify business opportunities to ensure sustainable profitable growth
  • Implementation of the marketing plan in co-ordination with sales, trade marketing, logistics, finance, factory
  • Effective use of budget (plan/execute/control)
  • Monitor market environment (market trends & consumer insights) and prepare necessary steps to react
  • Prepare/ implement and post evaluate promotional and communication strategies/campaigns
  • Manage the work of the trainee

Requirements:

  • College or university degree in business/ economics
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Nielsen is an advantage)
  • Ability to handle complexity
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage business independently
  • Innovative and consumer insight driven thinking
  • Proactive personality with a “can do attitude”
