This role is designed to build category development, brand value and brand love. The Brand Manager will Support development of Coca-Cola brand projects in line with annual brands plans in a timely, creative and impactful manner with the supervision of the Senior Brand Manager. Measure success of those projects in market and recommend actions to improve performance.
  • Assists more senior staff to implement a marketing/sales strategy for one or more of the organization's products/services; collects and analyzes data on product performance, market trends, consumer behavior etc.; maintains records of sales volume, revenues and advertising costs. Individual contributor that works under limited supervision; applies subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
  • Support Coca-Cola TM Team to be sure that All projects are delivered to market on time and in a creative manner.
  • Brief and work with marketing agencies to get them to deliver outstanding creative solutions
  • Based on priorities help execute projects relating to innovations in packaging sizes, label design, promotions, etc. to enhance the purchase occasion.
  • Work as part of the internal and regional project team (BU) on brand communication activities
