Brand Manager position is open at our prestigious client operating in the FMCG market with Pest county location. This role is crucial to strengthen the company’s market presence and to raise brand awareness.




The Brand Manager will participate in creation and adaptation of the brand strategy, defining short-term and long-term commercial goals and annual brand activity plan.  


As part of the main liabilities the Brand Manager will supervise the concept development of the assigned brands, carry out market/competitor analysis and consumer research in order to understand consumer needs and habits, besides developing strong relationship with brand owners and retail partners in order to develop sales channels.


The winning candidate will evaluate brand performance and find the right marketing approach to reach the business goals, coordinate own projects and handle related administrative tasks. Efficient portfolio management, new brand/product introduction, event and social media management and support of the sales department are also part of the main responsibilities of the Brand Manager.


Furthermore the Brand Manager will be responsible for keeping contact with creative agencies, budget monitoring and prepare presentations and reports.




You are an ideal candidate if you have 1-3 years of experience in Brand Manager position in FMCG sector (ideally confectionery business), intermediate English knowledge besides native Hungarian, University/College degree preferably in Marketing, active driving license, strong planning and analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, proactive attitude and excellent negotiation, communication skills.
