We are looking for an experienced Brand manager to help our Client build their brand and raise brand awareness. The Brand manager oversees a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market research. You will play part in the development of the brand marketing strategies in order to establish strategic direction and program positioning.

Tasks

 

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring all branding and key information strategies are in line with overall business strategy without compromising the brand’s integrity
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience as brand manager
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Has a proven and successful track record in executing digital ad campaigns on multiple channels
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Outstanding communication skills and storytelling abilities
  • Budget management skills and proficiency
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Portray a strong attention to detail, has an ability to prioritize projects, an ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Be proactive, has a positive can-do attitude, be team-oriented, has excellent problem solving skills
