Bid Content Manager - FreeMove Alliance

1 year fixed term contract

We are looking for a Bid Content Manager for FreeMove Alliance to support international multi-country proposal activities. The job holder will manage and maintain a knowledge base to support international salesforce in winning business customers. The bid content manager will work together with bid managers, sales professionals, and representatives of national mobile operators in the FreeMove Alliance footprint to create winning proposals and will also create content proactively to highlight key selling points.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the FreeMove Members in their international business activities, by providing content related documentation for bid teams on mobile operator capabilities
  • Support bid teams and Members to provide content in customer specific RFP questionnaires regarding international mobile connectivity related RFPs
  • Perform quality check on RFP/RFI questionnaires before submitting to the Customer
  • Responsible for ensuring that content database is clear, compellingly written and technically correct
  • Keep the knowledge database updated, by overseeing the formal content review process as per defined timelines and review frequency
  • Create and maintain reader-friendly FreeMove content documents (proposal document templates and templates for internal bid management use) customer presentations, proposal documents
  • Regularly update and share information on available novelties to the FreeMove Community
  • Act as power user in the Content Management & Bid Collaboration Software
  • Ensure that FreeMove branding, standards and style are consistently applied
  • Create proactive content, presentations, summaries on novelties
  • Keep track of daily activities and ensure that the internal reporting is up-to-date

  • The job holder will be based in the FreeMove Service Center, which is hosted by Magyar Telekom in Budapest (1097 Budapest Könyves Kálmán krt. 36.)

Qualification, experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience as content manager, sales/bid support, customer support, copywriter role or similar experience in preparing proposal response or other, customer facing sales material.
  • English proficiency
  • Superb writing skills, preferably in a proposal development capacity
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications & Microsoft SharePoint
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work comfortably in a multi-cultural complex and virtual environment
  • Ready to contribute to a positive team spirit using a can-do attitude

It’s an advantage if you have...

  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus
  • Experience and skills in web content management, writing and editing for the web, graphic design and site management are additional advantage
