B2B marketing lead

Key responsibilities

  • discover and deeply understand addressable market of MOME Innovation centre
  • strategize and implement communication & marketing tactics that attract new business accounts
  • work with director of partnership and research director to qualify prospects
  • create engaging and relevant content for the target audience e.g. white papers, research, reports, blog posts and other assets
  • lead & organize MOME Innovation centre’s communication in traditional and social media
  • address leads through cold calling, outbound email and social selling
  • apply data and insights to measure B2B engagement and conversion
  • create a clear reporting system for management demonstrating results
  • optimize content, campaigns and technology to increase the volume of leads
  • monitor MOME Innovation centre’s lead generation funnel, implement tactics for converting traffic into leads build brand awareness, loyalty and advocacy


  • 3+ years experience working in a similar role in B2B or B2B2C marketing and communications
  • strong project management, organization skills and high attention to detail
  • knowledge and previous experience in utilizing marketing, communication and social media metrics to monitor and improve performance
  • ambitious and motivated personality
  • a problem solver and critical thinker
  • sharp communication skills: verbal, writing, presentation
  • fluent in both English and Hungarian languages
  • entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • commercially minded and strategic thinker accustomed to evaluating new opportunities, guiding content investment, and making data-driven decisions
  • interest in design research, technology and innovation
  • qualification: BSc or higher preferably in communication, marketing, sales or business management
