A leading pharma-based digital agency is looking to add an Account Director to their digital Client Services team, based in Central London.

Reporting to the Head ofClient Services, this role requires an individual who will work as part of the Client Services team, building on existing relationships and creating new business leads. This agency works purely within the healthcare sector, so the perfect candidate must have experience working with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients.

  • Work strategically within key accounts and oversee strategic operations
  • Delegate work to achieve the best results
  • Liaise with clients at a senior level daily
  • Create and uphold positive and long-lasting client relationships
  • Work to a strict time schedule
  • Understand the needs of the clients and the internal team
  • Can coach and develop members of the team

Who possesses proven experience in:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experienceworking in the healthcaresector
  • A science related degree or similar
  • Leading a team to provide the utmost level of Client development
  • People and process management
  • Working within budgets and financial restraints
  • Working across all digital platforms
